Job Title: Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Faisalabad


We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our fine dining restaurant team in Faisalabad. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including resetting tables for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, with the opportunity for tips. Free visa and ticket will also be provided.
