Land Surveyor - Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and construction sites to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important data. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones.
- Analyze data obtained from surveys to create detailed maps, drawings, and reports.
- Determine property boundaries, elevations, and other important features.
- Prepare legal documents related to land surveys.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain survey equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
- Familiarity with computer aided drafting (CAD) software.
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculations related to land surveying.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Experience conducting topographic surveys.
