Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Faisalabad. This individual will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have experience as an office manager and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the office schedule and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging necessary resources and materials
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Oversee the work of other administrative staff members
- Assist with budget management
- Generate reports, memos, and presentations as needed
- Communicate with clients and partners as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles

Salary: 1400$

Location: Faisalabad (preference for local candidates)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Accommodation: Not provided

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
