Seasonal Concierge in Faisalabad

As a seasonal concierge in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our hotel. This is a temporary position, perfect for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or for students on break. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and able to anticipate the needs of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests and coordinate transportation as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with luggage handling as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and other tasks

Salary: $1500 per month
