Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. Your main duties will include gathering user requirements, identifying system issues, and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design effective computer systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements
- Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement
- Develop technical specifications and design documents
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of new systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in software development processes such as Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1500 per month without accommodation.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
