Computer Support Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Karachi. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This includes diagnosing hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and maintaining existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure new computer systems according to client needs
- Maintain and upgrade existing computer systems as needed
- Set up and maintain network connections for clients
- Train users on how to properly use computer systems and software
- Keep track of inventory for hardware and software
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with network setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus

Salary & Benefits:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
