As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
