Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Interpret data to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven solutions
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques (e.g. regression analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience in the financial industry or related field
- Master's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
