Waiter/Waitress - Nepali Cuisine (Contract)

A popular Nepali restaurant in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team on a contract basis. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while delivering an authentic and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders, making recommendations when necessary
- Ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including setting up tables for new guests
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a Nepali restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali or Hindi; basic understanding of English is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.
