Formwork Technician
We are hiring a skilled Formwork Technician to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing and installing temporary or permanent formwork structures used in concrete construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires experience and expertise in formwork systems and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and project plans to determine formwork requirements
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials according to specifications
- Ensure proper alignment and stability of formwork structures
- Pour and place concrete within the formwork, following established procedures
- Remove formwork after the concrete has set, ensuring minimal damage to the structure
- Inspect and maintain formwork equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their applications
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if required
- Good communication skills in English
