A renowned restaurant in Washington, DC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for an Egyptian national with a passion for the restaurant industry and exceptional leadership skills.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of service. You will work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain excellent standards in food, beverages, and customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include managing daily operations, hiring and training staff, creating schedules, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and safety. You will also handle guest complaints efficiently and work closely with management to develop strategies for improving our overall performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. You must have exceptional communication skills and be able to lead by example. A strong understanding of financial management is also required.
