Hotel Sales Manager - Muscat, Oman
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy at our hotel. You will also manage a team of sales executives to ensure they meet their targets and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Middle East region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain current client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel's services
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement changes as necessary
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with visa sponsorship. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.
