Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Candidates in Nizwa, Oman
A renowned hotel in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing sales operations.
We are looking for an Indian candidate who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. This position does not require fluency in English, but proficiency is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to secure repeat business
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
