Hotel Sales Manager
A prestigious hotel in Nizwa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry. This role will require strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing relationships
- Identify potential clients and conduct sales calls to promote the hotel's offerings
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Salary: 1600$
Location: Nizwa, Oman (open to Indian nationals)
