We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong sales skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the local market as well as internationally
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Create unique and enticing sales packages to attract new business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
