Information Security Analyst

We are currently hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's information systems and data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability scanning on systems to identify weaknesses
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into new systems and applications
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in information security
- Conduct employee training on cyber security awareness and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
