We are seeking a skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient online support to our clients. This role is suitable for men with experience in customer service and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt and helpful responses to client inquiries through various online platforms
- Assisting clients with product or service related questions and concerns
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues or errors
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support for clients

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or online support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with various online platforms such as live chat, email, social media, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
