Part-Time Online Consultant in Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a part-time online consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and advice to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide them with personalized solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through email, chat or video conferencing
- Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of client issues
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an online consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work flexible hours

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
