Experienced Turner in Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking an experienced Turner to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment used for shaping and cutting metal materials. You will also be required to read technical drawings, select appropriate tools and materials, and ensure the accuracy of finished products.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good understanding of different types of metals and their properties
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills, etc.
- Read technical drawings to determine specifications for the finished product
- Select appropriate tools and materials based on the type of metal being used
- Shape and cut metal using different techniques such as drilling, turning, milling, etc.
- Check finished products for accuracy using precision measuring instruments
- Make adjustments or repairs to machines when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
