Architectural Technologist - Karachi, Pakistan

We are searching for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of buildings by preparing detailed drawings and plans. Your main duties will include using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural drafting or technology
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information for projects
- Communicate with contractors and clients to discuss project requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes
