As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality architectural designs and plans for various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your attention to detail, strong design skills, and ability to work within project timelines will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Prepare high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client meetings
- Coordinate with other team members including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project timelines are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
