Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in designing and planning architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with our senior designers and architects to develop innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts for various architectural projects
- Create 2D and 3D models and renderings using CAD software
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop detailed construction drawings
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss design proposals
- Prepare project estimates and budgets
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs are compliant with safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Contract job:
This is a contract position for an initial period of six months with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience:
This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates without prior experience.

Accommodation:

Biometric passport:
A valid biometric passport is required for this position as some projects may require travel outside of Karachi.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi but may require occasional travel within Pakistan or abroad for project-related activities.
