Junior Architectural Designer

We are hiring a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with projects from concept to completion, including creating detailed drawings and 3D models, conducting site visits, and communicating with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Develop 3D models using BIM software
- Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and present design ideas
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or related role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Experience with BIM software (Revit preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Karachi or have the ability to relocate.
