Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, and overseeing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Develop preliminary designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Keep updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Full-time (own visa required)
