Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project, creating detailed plans and drawings, managing budgets and timelines, and supervising construction teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop design concepts, sketches, and detailed plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Create 3D models to help clients visualize the project
- Prepare necessary documents for obtaining building permits
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure that construction teams adhere to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The successful candidate will also receive free visa assistance and airfare ticket reimbursement. Accommodation is not provided.
