Female Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and driven Female Industrial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and other manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings that meet safety standards and regulations
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.
