Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Karachi on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The role will involve designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including warehouses, factories, and manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs meet safety standards and comply with relevant regulations. Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings, including warehouses, factories, and manufacturing facilities
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop plans that meet their needs
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensuring that all designs comply with safety standards and relevant regulations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design and architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial buildings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Karachi. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Contract job:
This is a contract position for the duration of specific projects.
