Senior Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Karachi. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning. This includes creating detailed drawings and plans, completing site visits and inspections, managing project budgets and timelines, and coordinating with clients and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, gather information, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and are completed within budget constraints.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, systems, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
