As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Karachi, Pakistan. Your expertise in the field of architecture, along with your strong leadership skills, will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring they are executed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve processes and designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Karachi is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality work
