Nurse Supervisor


We are in need of a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards.
- Train new nursing staff and provide ongoing education for current staff.
- Evaluate performance of nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle any patient or staffing issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a registered nurse, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid nursing license in the country of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
