Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns or issues
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
The restaurant is located in Karachi.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation.
