Chef de Cuisine


We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our dynamic team at a high-end restaurant in Karachi. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen operations, creating unique and delicious dishes, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends while also meeting the restaurant's standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
- Continuously develop new recipes, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and allergies of guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and cuisines from around the world
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Creativity in menu planning and dish presentation
- Familiarity with food cost control measures
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ monthly

Location: Karachi (Preference for Pakistani nationals or those with valid work permits)
