Head Chef


We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that are innovative and cater to the tastes of our guests
- Train and manage a team of kitchen staff including cooks, prep cooks, and other kitchen personnel
- Oversee food preparation and plating to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food costs and adjust recipes accordingly to maintain profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with front-of-house staff and other departments within the restaurant
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month for this position.
