Construction Manager



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to managing on-site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on track
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage on-site operations and oversee construction workers
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
- Experience working with diverse teams
Salary:
$1100/month
