Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion. Your role will involve liaising with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they stay on track
- Manage project budgets and ensure expenses are kept within the allocated funds
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
- Prepare progress reports for clients or senior management
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (if required)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
