We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts using various welding techniques. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, and performing quality checks on finished products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Welder and possess strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship available. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure and cut metal pieces according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, or arc welders
- Join metal pieces using various welding techniques (e.g. brazing, soldering)
- Inspect completed welds for quality and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working
- Maintain welding equipment by cleaning and performing regular maintenance checks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
