As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating, baking, and presenting an array of delectable pastries, cakes, and desserts for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new dessert recipes that reflect current trends and meet the dietary needs of our guests
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts, including cakes, macarons, tarts, and more
- Decorate pastries with creative designs to enhance their visual appeal
- Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and are presented in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and place orders when needed
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative eye for detail with the ability to design visually appealing desserts
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient production of pastries
- Strong communication skills to train junior chefs and collaborate with other kitchen staff members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Valid food handler's certification is required
