As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in our company's Karachi office. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who possesses excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This is an urgent position with an attractive salary of 1700$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, provide coaching and training as needed
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
