As a Waiter at our restaurant in Karachi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining experience of our guests is nothing short of excellent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with the food and service
- Handle any customer complaints with tact and professionalism
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of different types of cuisine and their ingredients
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer:
