Carpenter for a Construction Company in Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter for our construction company in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work closely with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan the layout and installation of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using hand or power tools
- Confer with clients or construction supervisors to determine project requirements
- Select materials needed for each project based on strength and suitability
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using saws, chisels, or planes
- Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their properties
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools including power saws, drills, sanders etc.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month. Accommodation will be provided along with the job.
