Carpenter Foreman


We are a reputable construction company based in Karachi, seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry and at least 2 years of experience in supervising a team of carpenters. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of carpenters to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Estimate materials and labor costs for projects
- Coordinate with other trades on the job site to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new carpenters on techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards
- Communicate with clients on project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry
- At least 2 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (accommodation provided)

Visa: Must have own visa
