Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise measurements of land and its features. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to collect data, analyze it, and create maps and reports for construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Karachi, suitable for men with a biometric passport, and comes with accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment
- Collect data on land features such as boundaries, elevation, topography, and structures
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps and reports based on collected data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Follow safety protocols while working on construction sites or in remote locations
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Communicate findings to clients or project managers in a clear and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, CAD software, and other surveying tools
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot minor discrepancies in data
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain types
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid biometric passport
