Baker Assistant


We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Baker Assistant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Baker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. This is a part-time position that does not require previous experience or accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the head baker in preparing and baking various types of breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes.
- Mix ingredients to create doughs or batters.
- Roll out doughs and shape them into appropriate forms.
- Bake products in ovens according to specified times and temperatures.
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed.
- Decorate baked goods with icings, glazes, or toppings.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the baking process.

Requirements:

- Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced bakers.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precise measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for shaping doughs.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices.
- Must have own visa allowing employment in Karachi.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
