Office Manager
Our office management team is seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Manager in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who is able to work independently and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing administrative staff
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving systems and procedures
- Organize meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as appropriate
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Ensure all company policies are being followed by employees
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Monitor expenses and budget for office operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
