Part Time Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Manager to join our team in Karachi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and maintaining office efficiency. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting while also having the flexibility of part-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
- Keep track of employee schedules and ensure all shifts are covered
- Assist with payroll and billing processes
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but previous office experience is a plus
- Must be highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a biometric passport
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
