Our 4-star hotel in Karachi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals
- Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities through various channels such as trade shows, networking events, and partnerships
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of events and promotions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure their success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tools such as CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
