Network and Systems Administrator



The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the organization's computer network and systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities:
- Maintain the organization's computer network by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, and outages
- Install, configure, and support network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Ensure security of the network by implementing appropriate security measures
- Maintain system efficiency by performing regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on servers, workstations, printers
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in network administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016)
- Familiarity with Active Directory management
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues on servers, workstations, printers
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and employees
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
