Entry Level Computer Support Specialist - Lahore, Pakistan

As an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Educate clients on proper usage of computer systems and provide guidance on basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking concepts, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Must have a biometric passport.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
