Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring their performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Keep track of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
