Part-Time Team Lead in Lahore


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Team Lead to join our team in Lahore. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that they are completed on time
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Create schedules for team members, taking into account their availability and workload
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative ideas for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
